MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Big fat belly with skin. The ribs are removed one by one the soft cartilage is left to belly. Cartilage pieces of the ribs has to remove. Loin side of the belly light 2 cm edging also same from front side. Nippleline has to remove as narrow as possible. The weight limit is +3,8 kg, lenght 50 - 52 cm and a width of 24 - 26 cm. Vacuum packing no spacers, to the box 4 pieces.
