Atria Pork trimming 77/23% frozen approx 20kg

Trimming which comes from all parts of carcases after fine cutting. Fat content of trimmig is cl 23%. Trimming does not include bones or blood clots. Trimming may include small amounts of stronger connective tissues or glands.The freezing of trimming is carried out with plate freezer. Frozen naked blocks are assembled after freezing on a euro pallet with a waxed cardboard placed on the bottom. Between the layers is placed a plastic wrap as well as the top of the pallet. Finally, the pallet and blocks are wrapped with tensioning plastic.
