Pork hind feet B - grade which is cut off from pork carcass with circular saw which is a part of the automatic primal cutting unit. The cutting point is from the joint which is located in the back of the heel. B - grade hind feet may include among other things hair, slits, claw and bruises B - grade hind feet are packed to carton with blue inner bag and after that freezing. The product is a fixed weight 20kg/carton.
