Pork Pancreas, frozen

The intestinal bundle is carved from a carcass during the pig slaughtering process. Pork pancreas is cut out from the intestinal bundle at Innards Department. The pancreases are frozen in molds and packed in cases so that one case contains four frozen blocks.
